3 day training question

I am running the 3 day program and on day 1 it says the first exercise is 'back' for 2 sets. Do I run two straight sets on a single exercise or do I do one back thickness and one back width exercise? Thanks.

Loading sets are zig zagged when there is more than one set for a given muscle group / targeted area.)

(That answer is intentionally somewhat indirect, but if you can follow that, it'll cover future similar questions and help you with the big picture. Smile )
