Hey guys,
On my 2nd Blast currently running Basic T3. Enjoying zig zag when possible depending on gym, occasionally I opt for 2 straight sets for quads then move onto thigh.
Muscle rounds where 2 are required i use the same exercise but will change grip or fee positive for example.
I am up 14lbs in 8 weeks and leaner.
One issue arms aren't growing at same rate, and left is half and inch smaller.
I will opt for bi-lateral work now.
What could be done to target the arms for additional growth?
