I sent Kai Greene a DM on instagram about co-authoring, hoping we could do just that.
Will keep you updated.

No problem for Kai. He's like flash and dives deep into everything and also experiences everything within a few seconds. I' pretty sure he can also write a book about the ketogenic diet with all it's pitfalls and 10000 of anecdotes and personal experiences (and guidelines) just 1 day after "starting" a keto diet

I actually think Kai's on the way out with a Vegan-friendly Keto Diet for Maximum Muscle Gain.
Go Greene, Go Huge... or Go Home!

I totally agree. But I've the feeling that he'll offers an advance version for the last percentages of performance and health combining his vegan-keto-super-diet with OMAD (the next magic pill) and an own magic autophagie coffee

Dear Dr @Scottstevenson
Going back into FT for a while, I would like to know how to put emphasis on delts work as I have very narrow clavicles and I would to focus on my shoulder to get wider.
I do have BYOBBC and FT.
Was thinking about adding some delts pump sets at every session and focusing on inclined chest exercise and horizontal pulling ?
Thanks

THIS IS THE FORTE of Fortitude Training - It allows you to customize the training to focus on weaknesses in your physique.
First and foremost, I suggest folks work within the program. You can do this with:
* Exercise Selection and Order
---Adjust exercise order to pre-fatigue the weak muscle groups: DO ISOLATION EXERCISES FIRST for Loading, Pump AND Muscle Round Set Types.
---Find the EXERCISES THAT WORK FOR YOU, where you can tell your annihilating the muscle.
---Finding exercises that may overlap in a way that increases volume for the muscles you want to bring up. (E.g., use a high Incline press for chest to get more anterior delt involved, if those are week. Focus on high rowing exercises to get the posterior delts involved with back training.)
---Train weak muscle groups early in the workout if this means you'll be have greater loading for the given muscle. It’s OK to put Chest before Back on Day 2 and 4.
* Pump sets
—Making the Pump Sets really work for you with things like 5's into the Hole, etc. Go to town on these and make them ridiculously difficult (but still continuous in nature, per the description in the book).
* Stretches
—Really focus on the stretches, going for Extreme or Occlusion stretches on weak muscle groups, holding them for 90 seconds. (Just be SAFE on Extreme stretches of course.) Got it, thanks Boss !!

Hi Scott, have you talked anywhere about how much glycerin you use? I used to use 20-30g which I'm sure was based on something I'd read, be good to know what your take on it is?
