Hi guys, my weak points are mainly arms and shoulders.
Since Ive started on FT my shoulders have gotten smaller. Ive done 2 blasts now (loving it) first blast at TIER 1 now at TIER 2.
For shoulders on load day I do:
Week A: Seated DB Press, Front Raises
Week B: Hammer stregnth shoulder press, Machine Shoulder Press
Week C: Seated BB press on rack x2
On pump day:
Week A: Lateral DB Raises x 2
Week B: Rear Delt Raises, Lateral DB Raises
Week C: Seated DB Press, Lateral DB Raises
Muscle Round:
Week A: Rear delt Raises x 2
Week B: Front Raise, Lateral machine Raise
Week C: Upright Rows x 2
Could I tweak to do 3 sets on shoulders? My stregnth has come to a hold on these, while everything else is getting stronger.
Arms also a week point of mine, really struggle to make them grow and with this they have also gone down
1 Superset and 1 MR for Bi and 1 MR for tri dont feel is enough.
Dont get me wrong when I end my session Im absolutely fcked. I beaten all my PB's in everthing.
Cheers guys.

So, you're getting stronger on all lifts, including the above, but you feel your delts are getting smaller?...
Are you gaining body weight?...
Here's a post about bringing up weak muscle groups:
FT Questions....
I'd also go back to the e-book and re-read the sections on exercise selection for Pump Sets and MR's (and Loading Sets) - p. 87 onward. Pump Set and MR exercises NOT to be set out in a pre-programmed / ordered way in which you are doing them (i.e., Pump Set and MR exercises are chosen in an auto regulatory, on the fly way, UNLIKE Loading sets.)
------------
Also, Loading sets are zig-zagged between a COMPOUND and ISOLATION movement, which you're not doing Week's B and C
Also, DO NOT use the same exercises for more than one Muscle Round in a given workout. ("Perform only one MR for a given exercise in a workout.
Your exercise selection will be intuitive...")

Thanks Scott for replying.
I started FT training when I came of my last cycle, so I didnt go up in weight but I managed to keep all gains and got stronger every week on my first Blast.
After the cruise I was a bit weeker, then when I started my second blast its now into the 3rd week, im still getting stronger just not as fast as on the first blast.
Only muscle group thats isnt getting stronger on all lifts is shoulders, but they arent getting weaker, they are just sticking. Just started a Cycle 3 weeks ago, but Im going to start dieting down and I doubt Ill get stronger when I reduce the carbs.
Ill have to read it again, I was reading it fast as I was eager to start, so I could of missed something.

Please minimize the drug talk, my man.
Yes, I think you might have missed a few things. (The ones that I outlined, especially in conjunction, could explain part of this, as well as your drug use, which I won't delve into. I don't say that in a judging way, simply that this board is not about that - a choice I have made - but it's obvious a factor.)

Sorry about that.
Was reading through the pages and managed to set up the loading sets and exercises properly.
The pumps sets do they have to be the same in week A/B/C or can I just switch these every week/workout to my feeling/needs?

Pump set exercises are NOT pre-programmed. Go with how you feel, what is available, what works.
